At iFace, we want you to love your phone case, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all products in their original condition. If your case doesn't perfectly match your style or device, we are here to help you find the right fit.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Place your iFace case in its original retail packaging and secure it in a padded mailer to ensure it remains protected during transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
